Der Kenotaph ist photographisch unzureichend dokumentiert, d.h. nur eine Seite (östl. Schmalseite) ist im Ausschnitt abgebildet. Dort wird das zentrale Feld von einem geometrischen Ornament, einer "8er-Rosette" (8-zackiger Stern, umgeben von acht Hexagonen) eingenommen.

Die Inschrift nennt den Handwerker "ustad Husain Muqin Isfahani" und das Datum "Muharram 812" (beg. 16. Mai 1409), die Jahresangabe "812" ist in Zahlen geschrieben (nach Siroux 1954, 18).
