Die Inschrift gibt den Namen des Bestatteten, Qasim b. Zaid b. Abi Taleb, nach dem das Imamzadeh benannt ist, sowie den Auftraggeber Amir Jalal b. Sadiq b. Amir Dawud. Ob das Datum 808 H./ 1405-06 auf dem Kenotaph genannt ist, ist nicht klar ersichtlich (siehe Golombek/ Wilber 1988, 375).
