Der linke Türflügel (im Photo ganz rechts) ist dreigeteilt, das große mittlere Paneel weist ein geometrisches Ornament auf, dessen Zentrum ein 6-strahliger Stern umgeben von Doppelpentagonen und Hexagonen steht. Das obere und untere Feld sind mit einem ungewöhnlichen Medaillon (abgekantet) geschmückt, die Inschriften befinden sich auf den Querstreben.

Die Inschrift im oberen Feld lautet nach A. Ghouchani (9.3.94): "al-mosammat sitti fadheh khatun bint Amir ... (`ad (?) shah)". Sehr wahrscheinlich ist aber "Bibi fiddah Khatun bint Amir Sa'id" zu lesen, der Name der Stifterin der südlichen Tür des Imamzadeh Ibrahim in Babulsar, die schon in den 30er Jahren nicht mehr vor Ort war (MBS). Die Inschrift ist jedoch bei Dorn und Rabino überliefert.
