Die Inschrift nennt den Auftraggeber "nazr karid Amir 'Azzam Amir Husain b. Amir Dawud ..." sowie das Datum: "fi tarikh Muharram sanat thaman sittin wa thaman miyya" (Sotudeh III, 423). Muharram 868 H. beg. am 15. September 1463. Interessant ist der Beginn der Inschrift, bei der von einem Gelübde (nazr) des Auftraggebers die Rede ist.
